To use trading features, you must register an account and select a trading server (e.g. MT5) with valid login credentials. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials - All activity that occurs under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Pro Exchange provides a mobile interface that connects to MetaTrader 5 (MT5), a third-party trading platform operated by MetaQuotes Ltd., allowing you to view market data and place trading orders on supported markets/instruments. We act as a technology provider facilitating access to trading functionality. We do not guarantee investment returns, and all trading decisions are made solely by you.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. Before using the Services, you should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance. Past performance is not indicative of future results. By using the App, you acknowledge that: - You understand the risks associated with trading - You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses - We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice - Market data and prices displayed in the App may be delayed or subject to change

Any applicable trading fees, spreads, commissions, or charges will be disclosed to you within the App or on our website prior to executing a transaction. You are responsible for all fees associated with your use of the Services.

You agree not to: - Use the Services for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account - Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App - Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written permission - Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology within the App, excluding third-party platforms like MetaTrader 5, are the property of Pro Exchange or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

The App integrates with MetaTrader 5 (MetaQuotes Ltd.) and may rely on other third-party service providers for functionality such as payments and account verification. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe: - You have violated these Terms - Your account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully - Required by law enforcement or a court order You may also delete your account at any time directly within the App. This will permanently remove your account and associated data, subject to any information we are required to retain as described in our Privacy Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Services. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties in the first instance.
